What support does Seshboard offer?Our team is here to help you make your session a success! If you're planning a session outside of our regular support hours, and you'd like to have a member of the Seshboard team on hand to help out if necessary, send us a message in advance and we'll be happy to assist if possible. Onboarding for new users We are happy to schedule an onboarding/training session for you and your team, to get you up to speed on how to use Seshboard's various features. How does the 40 minute session limit for Free users work?The 40 minute session limit is applied if there are no Pro users present in the room who are designated as hosts/co-hosts. During each session, Seshboard will check whether any users with Pro accounts are currently in the room. If a user with a Pro account is present in the room, and that user is designated as a host or co-host of the session, then the 40 minute session limit will not be applied to the room. Examples If a user with a Free account creates a room and starts a session, the 40 minute session limit will be applied to the room. If one of the attendees in the room is a Pro user, and the Free user makes that Pro user a co-host, the 40 minute session limit will be removed for however long the Pro user is present in the room and designated as a co-host. If a user with a Pro account creates a room, and invites a co-host with a Free account to use that room without the Pro account holder being present in the room, the 40 minute session limit will be applied to the room.

Can I share my Pro subscription with other people?Users must have a valid Pro subscription to use Seshboard's Pro features. In general, we do not support sharing a single Pro account among multiple people. However, we do recognize that as a practical matter, some teams may choose to temporarily share a single Pro account among multiple facilitators within the team. If you choose to share your password with other people on your team, please be aware of the following important points: Seshboard does not support having more than one user logged into the same account at the same time. If another person logs into your account while you are running a session, the system will fail to work properly, both for you and the other person who has logged into your account. You must make sure that if you do share your login credentials, you only share them with people who you trust, and who you are comfortable with having access to all of the data stored in your account, including your billing, room and participant information. The billing address (but not the full credit card number) associated with an account is accessible to users who sign in to that account. You are responsible for the actions of anyone who you share your login credentials with, and Seshboard is not responsible for any problems or issues that arise from you sharing your password with others. If we detect excessively high usage of a single account, we reserve the right to limit password sharing on that account. If you have colleagues or team members who need regular access to Seshboard's Pro features, we suggest they sign up for their own Pro subscription to avoid any issues.

If I create a room using my Pro account, can Free users use my room to run sessions?Yes, however the 40 minute session limit will be applied if there are no Pro users present in the room who are designated as hosts/co-hosts. If a Pro user creates a room, and designates a Free user a co-host of that room, the Pro user who created the room must be present in the room during the session to prevent the 40 minute session limit from being applied.

Can I run two or more sessions using my account at the same time? What happens if my sessions overlap?Seshboard does not support users joining or hosting multiple concurrent sessions. If a user joins or hosts more than one Seshboard session at the same time, the system will fail to load properly. If you are joining or hosting a Seshboard session immediately after a previous session, please make sure to end or exit the previous session before entering the new one.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?You can upgrade or downgrade your plan via your profile page in Seshboard. For more details, check out our User Guide article on Managing your Subscription

Can I pause my monthly subscription?Yes! If you predict that you won't be using Seshboard for the next few months, you can downgrade to a Free account and retain all of your rooms, uploaded materials and session data. When you need to host a Pro session again in the future, you can upgrade to a Pro account again via your profile page in Seshboard. Seshboard's billing cycle is monthly, starting from the day you purchase a Pro subscription. If you downgrade from a Pro to a Free account, you will continue to be a Pro user until the end of your monthly billing cycle. When your Pro subscription ends, your account will downgraded to Free. Please be reminded that as a Free user, your maximum session length will be 40 minutes.

How can I cancel my subscription?You can cancel your subscription via your profile page in Seshboard. For more details, check out our User Guide article on Managing your Subscription Seshboard's billing cycle is monthly, starting from the day you purchase a Pro subscription. If you cancel your Pro subscription, you will continue to be a Pro user until the end of your monthly billing cycle. When your Pro subscription ends, your account will downgraded to Free. Please be reminded that as a Free user, your maximum session length will be 40 minutes.

Can I consolidate the billing for all the users in my company, and pay with a single card?Unfortunately, we don't support consolidated group billing yet. To pay for other users' Pro subscriptions, please reach out to us at hello@seshboard.com and we can help update the credit card on file for your team members' accounts. Please note that the billing address (but not the full credit card number) associated with an account is accessible to users who sign in to that account.

How do I buy subscriptions for other people on my team?Unfortunately, we don't support consolidated group billing yet. Here are three ways you can buy a subscription for another person on your team: You can create an account on behalf of your team member, upgrade the account via the account's profile page in Seshboard, and then hand the account over to your team member by providing them with the account's login credentials. Do remind your team member to change their password after you hand the account over to them. If your team member has already purchased a Pro subscription and you'd like our help updating the payment details for that account, send us an email at hello@seshboard.com and we'll be happy to assist If your team uses a corporate credit card, you can allow your team member to purchase their subscription using your corporate card Please note that the billing address (but not the full credit card number) associated with an account is accessible to users who sign in to that account.

Is there a discount for annual subscriptions?Unfortunately we do not support annual billing yet.
